THE People’s Margarita
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Teremana Blanco
- 3⁄4 oz Lime Juice
- 1⁄2 oz Agave Nectar
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice (to taste)
Prep
- Shake with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a lime wheel, pineapple leaves & sea salt (as desired).
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups Teremana Blanco
- 3⁄4 cup Lime Juice
- 1⁄2 cup Agave Nectar
- 1 cup Pineapple Juice
Prep
- Build in a large pitcher filled with ice.
- Stir gently to combine the ingredients.
- Pour into rocks glasses and garnish with lime wheels, pineapple leaves & sea salt (as desired).

INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Teremana Blanco or Reposado
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 1⁄2 oz Agave Nectar

- Shake in a shaker with ice.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Teremana Reposado
- 3⁄4 oz Lime Juice
- 1⁄2 oz Agave Nectar
- 2 Jalapeño Slices (remove seeds)
Prep
- Muddle jalapeño in shaker.
- Add Teremana, lime juice & agave.
- Shake with ice.
- Strain and serve over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a lime and jalapeño slice.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups Teremana Blanco or Reposado
- 3⁄4 cup Lime Juice
- 1⁄2 cup Agave Nectar
- 4 Jalapeños (remove seeds)

- Slice and muddle jalapeños in a pitcher.
- Combine Teremana, lime juice, and agave in the pitcher with ice and stir to chill.
- Once ready to be served, pour over fresh ice in rocks glasses.
- Garnish with a lime and jalapeño slice.

- 1 oz Strawberry Puree
- ¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
- ½ oz Agave Nectar

- Garnish with a lime wheel.

- ¾ cup Fresh Lime Juice

BLACKBERRY Margarita
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Teremana Reposado
- 1 oz Blackberry Puree
- 3⁄4 oz Lime Juice
- 1⁄2 oz Agave Nectar

- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with blackberries and finish with a pinch of salt.

- Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice.
- Garnish with a blood orange slice.

- 1 cup Fresh Blood Orange Juice
- ¾ cup Fresh Lime Juice
- ½ cup Agave Nectar

- Add all ingredients to a large pitcher with ice.
- Stir gently to incorporate.

Frozen Coconut Lime Margarita
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ oz Teremana Reposado
- 1 oz Coconut Water
- ¾ oz Lime Juice
- ½ oz Monin Coconut Syrup
- ¼ tsp Matcha Tea Powder (optional)
Prep
- Blend all ingredients with 1 cup ice.
- Pour into rocks glass with matcha sugar rim (optional).
- Garnish with a lime wedge.

- 1 cup Coconut Water
- ¾ cup Lime Juice
- ½ cup Coconut Syrup
- 2 tsp Matcha Tea Powder (optional)

- Pour into rocks glasses with matcha sugar rim (optional).
- Garnish with lime slice.
Coconut Lime Margarita
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ oz Teremana Blanco
- ¼ oz Lime Juice
- ¼ oz Monin Coconut Syrup
- 3 oz Coconut Soda
Prep
- Shake all ingredients except coconut soda in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass with a chili salt rim.
- Top with coconut soda, and garnish with a lime wheel.

- ¼ cup Lime Juice
- ¼ cup Coconut Syrup
- 3 cups Coconut Soda

- Top with coconut soda, and garnish with lime wheel.
Chef Laurent’s Passion Fruit Margarita
GROUP SERVE (8-10)
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups Teremana Blanco
- 8-10 Fresh Passion Fruits
- 1 cup Orange Liqueur
- 1 cup Lime Juice
- 2 ½ oz Agave Nectar
Prep
- Cut passion fruits in half, and scoop out the flesh from half of them. Retain the other halves for garnishes.
- Combine Teremana Blanco, passion fruit flesh, orange liqueur, lime juice, and agave nectar to a pitcher filled with ice. Stir gently to combine the ingredients.
- Pour into rocks glasses with a salted rim and garnish with passion fruit half.
mana paloma
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Teremana Blanco
- 1 oz Grapefruit juice
- 3⁄4 oz Lime juice
- 1⁄2 oz Simple Syrup
- Top with Club Soda
- Pinch of Salt
Prep
- Combine ingredients in a highball glass over ice.
- Gently stir, then garnish with a lime wheel or grapefruit peel.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 1⁄4 cups Teremana Blanco
- 9 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 6 3⁄4 oz Lime Juice
- 4 1⁄2 oz Simple Syrup
- Top each glass with Club Soda
- Pinch of Salt
Prep
- Build in a large pitcher with ice.
- Stir gently all ingredients to combine, leaving out the club soda.
- Pour into highball glasses over fresh ice, then top each glass with club soda.
- Garnish with lime wheels or grapefruit slices.
ginger spiced paloma
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Teremana Blanco
- 1 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 3⁄4 oz Lime Juice
- 1⁄2 oz Ginger Syrup
- Top with Ginger Beer
Prep
- Shake all ingredients except ginger beer with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice and top with ginger beer.
- Garnish with a lime wheel and crystalized ginger.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 1⁄4 cups Teremana Blanco
- 9 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 6 3⁄4 oz Lime Juice
- 4 1⁄2 oz Ginger Syrup
- Top with Ginger Beer (In each glass)

- Build in large pitcher or punch bowl with ice.
- Stir gently to combine the ingredients.
- Pour into highball glasses over fresh ice and top with ginger beer.
- Garnish with lime wheels and crystalized ginger.
tequila michelada
INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz Teremana Reposado
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- ½ oz Monin Passionfruit Puree
- ½ oz Lime Juice
- ¼ oz Sriracha Hot Sauce
- 6 oz Mexican Lager
Prep
- Combine all ingredients except beer into a chili rimmed pint glass over ice and lightly stir.
- Top with beer and garnish with a lime wedge and chili pepper slices to taste.

- 6 cups Light Beer or Mexican Lager
- 1 cup Pineapple Juice
- ½ cup Passionfruit Syrup
- ½ cup Lime Juice
- ¼ cup Sriracha Hot Sauce

- Add all ingredients to a pitcher and lightly stir.
- Pour into chili rimmed pint glasses with ice.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and chili pepper slices to taste.

- 1 1⁄2 oz Teremana Blanco
- Juice of Half a Lime
- Top w/ Mineral Water

INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Teremana Blanco
- 2 oz Fresh Lemonade
- 2 oz Soda Water
- 1⁄4 oz Grenadine
Prep
- Combine Teremana, Lemonade and Soda Water in a highball glass over ice.
- Top with grenadine. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
Teremana Old Fashioned
Single Serve
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Teremana Añejo
- 1 bar spoon of Agave Nectar
- 2 dashes of Desired Cocktail Bitters (Orange or Angostura)

- Stir then strain into a rocks glass with ice and garnish with an orange peel
