Gather
your crew, whip up a pitcher of margaritas, and cross the last things off your
summer bucket list.
The People’s Margarita “Grilled Edition”
- 2 oz Teremana Blanco
- ¾ oz Lime Juice
- ½ oz Agave Nectar
- 5 Grilled Pineapple Wedges*
- Muddle 4 grilled pineapple wedges in shaker
- Add remaining ingredients
- Shake with ice
- Double strain into chili-salt-rimmed glass over fresh ice
- Garnish with grilled pineapple wedge & frond
*Cut fronds off. Cut pineapple into vertical quarters. Sprinkle exposed fruit with sugar. Grill sugar side down, flipping until charred. Let cool, cut off rind & core, cut fruit into 1-inch wedges.
- 20 oz Teremana Blanco
- 8 oz Lime Juice
- 5 oz Agave Nectar
- 20 - 25 Grilled Pineapple Wedges*
- Muddle grilled pineapple wedges in large drink pitcher
- Add remaining ingredients
- Lightly stir to incorporate
- Add ice and stir gently to chill
- Pour into a chili-salt rimmed glasses over fresh ice
- Garnish with grilled pineapple wedge & frond

GRILLED STRAWBErRY MARgARITA
- 2 oz Teremana Reposado
- 1 oz Grilled Lime Juice*
- ¾ oz Agave Nectar
- 4 Grilled Strawberries**
- Muddle grilled strawberries in shaker
- Add remaining ingredients
- Shake with ice
- Double strain into salt-rimmed cocktail glass over fresh ice
- Garnish with strawberry and lime wheel
*Cut limes in halves. Fully coat fruit-side in sugar. Grill sugar-side down until charred. Let cool, then use hand juicer. Leave a wedge for garnish.
**Cut strawberries in halves. Fully coat in sugar. Place on grill-safe pan. Grill until charred, rotating with tongs. Let cool, then add fruit and juice to tins.

- 1 oz Grilled Grapefruit Juice*
- ¾ oz Lime Juice
- ½ oz Simple Syrup Top with Club Soda
- Combine ingredients in shaker (except soda)
- Shake with ice
- Double strain into Collins glass over fresh ice
- Top with soda
- Garnish with grilled grapefruit
*Cut grapefruit in halves. Coat fruit side in sugar. Grill sugar side down, rotating until charred. Let cool, then slice into wedges and squeeze juice.
- 20 oz Teremana Blanco
- 10 oz Grilled Grapefruit Juice*
- 8 oz Lime Juice
- 5 oz Simple Syrup
- Top each glass with Club Soda
- Combine ingredients in a large drink pitcher (except soda)
- Add fresh ice and stir gently to combine
- Pour into tall glasses over fresh ice
- Top with soda
- Garnish with grilled grapefruit
*Cut grapefruit in halves. Coat fruit side in sugar. Grill sugar side down, rotating until charred. Let cool, then slice into wedges and squeeze juice.
Grilled Spicy Margarita
- 2 oz Teremana Reposado
- ¾ oz Lime Juice
- ½ oz Agave Nectar
- 5 Slices Grilled Jalapeño*
- Muddle 4 jalapeño chunks in shaker
- Add remaining ingredients
- Shake with ice
- Double strain into chili-salt-rimmed glass over fresh ice
- Garnish with grilled jalapeño slice & lime
*Toss jalapeños in olive oil & seasonings. Grill until charred. Let cool, then cut into thin slices. Remove seeds as desired
- 20 oz Teremana Blanco
- 8 oz Lime Juice
- 5 oz Agave Nectar
- 28 - 33 Slices Grilled Jalapeño*
- Muddle 18-23 jalapeño chunks in large drink pitcher
- Add remaining ingredients
- Lightly stir to incorporate
- Add ice and stir gently to chill
- Pour into chili-salt-rimmed glasses over fresh ice
- Garnish with grilled jalapeño slice & lime
*Toss jalapeños in olive oil & seasonings. Grill until charred. Let cool, then cut into thin slices. Remove seeds as desired
Grilled Peach Cooler
- 2 oz Teremana Blanco
- ¾ oz Lemon Juice
- ½ oz Agave Nectar
- 4 Grilled Peach Slices*
- Muddle grilled peach slices in shaker
- Add remaining ingredients
- Shake with ice
- Double strain into sugar-salt-rimmed glass over fresh ice
- Garnish with lemon wheel
*Cut fruit** in half vertically & remove pit. Thinly coat fruit side with sugar. Grill sugar side down, rotating until charred. Let cool, then cut into chunks.
**Replace with any summer stone fruit, as desired.
- 20 oz Teremana Blanco
- 8 oz Lemon Juice
- 5 oz Agave Nectar
- 20 - 25 Grilled Peach Slices*
- Muddle grilled peach slices in large drink pitcher
- Add remaining ingredients
- Lightly stir
- Add ice and stir again
- Pour into sugar-salt-rimmed glass over fresh ice
- Garnish with lemon wheel
*Cut fruit** in half vertically & remove pit. Thinly coat fruit side with sugar. Grill sugar side down, rotating until charred. Let cool, then cut into chunks.

añejo on the rocks
- 3 oz Teremana Añejo
- 1 Twisted Orange Peel
- 1 Large ice cube
- Put one large ice cube in a rocks glass.
- Measure out tequila in jigger.
- Pour over ice cube.
- Garnish with a twisted orange peel.
RANCH WATER
- 1 ½ oz Teremana Blanco
- Juice of Half a Lime
- Soda Water
- Fill Collins glass with ice
- Add Teremana Blanco
- Add lime juice
- Top with soda water
- Garnish with lime wedge
TEREMANA COLD BREW
- 2 oz Teremana Reposado
- 4 oz Cold Brew Coffee
- 1/2 oz Vanilla Syrup
- 1 oz Oat Milk
- Cinnamon
- Fill Collins glass with ice
- Add Teremana Reposado
- Add coffee & syrup, then stir
- Add oat milk, stir again
- Top with ground cinnamon
Añejo old fashioned
- 2 oz Teremana Añejo
- 1–2 Dashes Bitters
- 1 Bar Spoon Agave Nectar
- Orange Peel
- Add ice to rocks glass
- Pour Teremana Añejo
- Add bitters
- Stir in agave nectar
- Add an orange twist
The People’s Margarita

- 3⁄4 oz Lime Juice
- 1⁄2 oz Agave Nectar
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice (to taste)
- Shake with ice in a cocktail shake.
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a lime wheel, pineapple leaves & sea salt (as desired)
- 2 cups Teremana Blanco
- 3⁄4 cup Lime Juice
- ½ cup Agave Nectar
- 1 cup Pineapple Juice
- Build in a large pitcher with ice
- Stir gently to combine ingredients
- Pour into rocks glasses
- Garnish with lime wheels, pineapple leaves, & sea salt (as desired)
WATERMELON MARGARITA
- 2 oz Teremana Blanco or Reposado
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Agave Nectar
- 4 Large Chunks of Watermelon
- Muddle the watermelon in a shaker with all ingredients
- Shake with ice and strain into a glass with fresh ice
- Garnish with a watermelon wedge
- 2 cups Teremana Blanco or Reposado
- 3/4 cup Lime Juice
- 1/2 cup AgaveNectar
- 16-20 chunks of Watermelon (muddled)
- 4 pinches of salt
- Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher
- Top with ice
- Pour into salt rimmed glasses over fresh ice
MANA SPRITZ
- 2 oz Teremana Blanco
- 2 oz Fresh Lemonade
- 2 oz Soda Water
- 1/4 oz Grenadine
- Combine Teremana, lemonade and soda water in a highball glass over ice
- Top with grenadine
- Garnish with a lemon wheel
