Pining for Good Hospitality

MANA MOBILE EDITION | 2021

How did the pineapple become a symbol of hospitality? From the 1500’s through the mid-1800s, pineapples were difficult to come by and were only served to one’s most-honored guests. Households and inns would display pineapple images or carvings to convey exclusive hospitality and before long wallpaper, dinnerware, and carvings of pineapples were displayed by all who wanted to provide a welcoming spirit.

Now that pineapples are easier to find, we at Teremana invite you to welcome your family and friends over for the The People’s Margarita–a modern day pineapple drink signifying the highest hospitality one can offer. Bring the Mana!
