2 cups Teremana Blanco Tequila
2 cups Guava Juice
¾
cup Orange Liqueur
½ cup Jalapeño syrup
¾ cup Fresh Lime
Juice
¼ cup Filtered Water
Salt, or Tajin
Add all
ingredients into a large pitcher and mix together. Chill in the fridge
before serving, or serve directly over ice.

The People’s Margarita
Serves 1
2 oz Teremana Blanco
¾ oz Lime Juice
½ oz Agave
Nectar
1 oz Pineapple Juice (to taste)
Shake with ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wheel, pineapple leaves & sea salt (as desired).
Serves 8 - 10

The People’s Guacamole
- 3 Ripe Avocados
⅓ cup Tomatoes, seeded and chopped
¾ Jalapeños, seeded and diced
2 Limes, freshly juiced
¾ tsp Cumin
⅓ tsp Sweet Paprika
Cayenne to taste
Salt to taste
Remove pit from avocados and mash in a large bowl. Add all remaining ingredients and combine. Serve immediately and enjoy with your favorite tortilla chips.
Traditional Margarita
Serves 1
2 oz Teremana Blanco or Reposado
1 oz Lime Juice
½ oz Agave Nectar

Spicy Margarita
Serves 1
2 oz Teremana Reposado
¾ oz Lime Juice
½ oz Agave Nectar
2 Jalapeño Slices (remove seeds)
Muddle jalapeño in shaker. Add Teremana, lime Juice & agave. Shake with ice. Strain and serve over fresh ice. Garnish with a lime and jalapeño slice.

Seriously Spicy Guacamole
- 3 Ripe Avocados
1 Medium Tomatoes, seeded and chopped
½ White Onion, finely chopped
2 Serrano Peppers, finely chopped
3 tbsp Lime Juice, freshly juiced from 1 ½ Limes
½ cup Cilantro, chopped
2 Cloves Garlic, pressed
½ tsp Sea Salt, or to taste
½ tsp Ground Cumin -

1 oz Strawberry Puree
¾ oz Fresh

Coconut Lime Margarita
Serves 1
1 ½ oz Teremana Blanco
¼ oz Lime Juice
¼ oz Coconut Syrup
3 oz Coconut Soda
Add all ingredients except coconut soda to a large pitcher with ice. Stir gently to incorporate. Strain and pour into rocks glasses rimmed with chili salt with fresh ice. Top with coconut soda, and garnish with lime wheel.

- 3 Ripe Avocados
6oz. Freshly Prepared Salsa Verde
1 ½ handful of Coconut Chips, crushed
Onions Powder to taste
Garlic Powder to taste
Pink Himalayan Sea Salt to taste
Remove pit from avocados and mash in a large bowl. Add all remaining ingredients and combine. Garnish with uncrushed coconut chips. Serve immediately with plantain chips.
PALOMA
Serves 1
2 oz Teremana Blanco
1 oz Grapefruit juice
¾ oz Lime
juice
½ oz Simple Syrup
Top with Club Soda
Pinch
of Salt
Combine ingredients in a highball glass over ice. Gently stir, then garnish with a lime wheel or grapefruit peel.
Serves 8 - 10

9 oz Grapefruit Juice
6 ¾ oz
of Lime Juice
4 ½ oz of Simple Syrup
Top each glass
with Club Soda
Pinch of Salt
Build in a large pitcher with ice. Stir gently all ingredients to combine, leaving out the club soda. Pour into highball glasses over fresh ice, then top each glass with club soda. Garnish with lime wheels or grapefruit slices.
Paloma Guacamole
- 3 Ripe Avocados
⅓ cup Ripe Tomatoes, chopped
⅓ cup Pickled Onions, chopped
½ Jalapeños, seeded and diced
2 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
2 tbsp Fresh Grapefruit Juice
3 tbsp Cilantro, finely chopped
1 tsp salt
Black Pepper to taste
Drizzle of Olive Oil
Remove pit from avocados and mash in a large bowl. Add all remaining ingredients and combine. Serve immediately and enjoy with your favorite tortilla chips.
WATERMELON MARGARITA
Serves 1
2 oz Teremana Blanco or Reposado
1 oz Lime Juice
½ oz
Agave Nectar
4 Large Chunks of Watermelon
Muddle the watermelon in a shaker with all ingredients. Shake with ice and strain into a glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a watermelon wedge.

16-20 chunks of Watermelon (muddled)
4 pinches of salt

- 3 Ripe Avocados
⅓ cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
⅓ cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
¼ cup Red Onion, chopped
1 Small Jalapeño Pepper, seeded and diced
2 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
2 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 cup Watermelon, diced
Coarse Salt and Freshly Ground Pepper to taste
