chili passion fruit margarita
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups Teremana Blanco
- 1 cup Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 cup Passionfruit Juice
- ½ cup Triple Sec
- ½ cup Chili Syrup (to taste)
PREP
- Add all ingredients to a pitcher with ice.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Pour into a Tajin-rimmed collins glass over fresh ice.
CHILI SYRUP INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Water
- 1–2 Fresh Red Chilies (sliced, seeds included)
CHILI SYRUP PREP
- Add all ingredients to a saucepan.
- Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
- Stir until fully combined and smooth.
- Remove from heat and steep 15–20 minutes.
- Refrigerate syrup until chilled.


Anejo Old Fashioned
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Teremana Añejo
- 1 bar spoon of Agave Nectar
- 2 dashes of Cocktail Bitters
PREP
- Stir all ingredients with ice in a mixing glass.
- Strain and pour over rock(s) in a rocks glass.
- Garnish with an orange peel.

Hot Honey Tequila Lemonade
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Teremana Blanco
- ¼ cup Hot Honey Syrup
- 1 ½ cups Fresh Lemon Juice
- 5–6 cups Water
- Chili sugar and fresh mint to garnish
PREP
- Add all ingredients to a large pitcher with ice.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Strain and pour into chili sugar-rimmed collins glasses over fresh ice.
- Garnish each glass with fresh mint.
HOT HONEY SYRUP INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup Hot Honey
- ½ cup Water
HOT HONEY SYRUP PREP
- Add all ingredients to a small saucepan over low heat.
- Stir until fully combined and smooth.
- Cool to room temperature.


Watermelon Margarita
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Teremana Blanco or Reposado
- ¾ oz Lime Juice
- ½ oz Agave Nectar
- 4 Large Chunks of Watermelon
PREP
- Muddle the watermelon in a cocktail shaker.
- Add remaining ingredients to shaker and shake with ice.
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a watermelon wedge.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups Teremana Blanco or Reposado
- ¾ cup Lime Juice
- ½ cup Agave Nectar
- 16-20 chunks of Watermelon (muddled)
- 4 pinches of salt
PREP
- Add all ingredients to a pitcher with ice.
- Strain and pour into salt rimmed rocks glasses over fresh ice.
- Garnish each glass with a watermelon wedge.


Mana Paloma
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Teremana Reposado
- 1 oz Grapefruit Juice
- ¾ oz Lime Juice
- ½ oz Simple Syrup
- Club Soda
PREP
- Combine all ingredients except club soda in a collins glass over ice.
- Gently stir to combine.
- Top with club soda.
- Garnish with a grapefruit slice.

- 2 ¼ cups Teremana Reposado
- 9 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 6 ¾ oz Lime Juice
- 4 ½ oz Simple Syrup
- Club Soda

- Add all ingredients except club soda to a pitcher with ice.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Pour into collins glasses over fresh ice.
- Top each glass with club soda and garnish with a grapefruit slice.

- 1 oz Strawberry Puree
- ¾ oz Lime Juice
- ½ oz Agave Nectar
PREP
- Combine all ingredients and shake with ice in a cocktail shaker.
