The Cheesy Meech
1 ½ oz Cheddar Cheese Infused Teremana Blanco*
1 oz Lemon Juice
½ oz Honey Syrup (1:1)
¼ oz Your Favorite Green Hot Sauce (i.e. Tabasco Green Jalapeño Sauce)
Top w/ 2 to 3 oz of a Lager Style Beer
Shake and strain over in a pint glass or beer mug over ice. Top with beer. Garnish with a cheddar cheese wheel.
*To make cheddar cheese infusion take 1/2 cup of crumbled cheddar cheese and add it to 750ml of Teremana Blanco. Allow the mixture to rest at room temperature for 2 hours, then strain out the cheese crumbles using a fine strainer.
