Chef Laurent’s Passion Fruit Margarita

Ingredients
- 2 cups Teremana Blanco
- 8-10 Fresh Passion Fruits
- 1 cup Orange Liqueur
- 1 cup Lime Juice
- 2 ½ oz Agave Nectar
Prep
- Cut passion fruits in half, and scoop out the flesh from half of them. Retain the other halves for garnishes.
- Combine Teremana Blanco, passion fruit flesh, orange liqueur, lime juice, and agave nectar to a pitcher filled with ice. Stir gently to combine the ingredients.
- Pour into rocks glasses with a salted rim and garnish with passion fruit half.
