Chef Laurent’s Passion Fruit Margarita

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Teremana Blanco
  • 8-10 Fresh Passion Fruits
  • 1 cup Orange Liqueur
  • 1 cup Lime Juice
  • 2 ½ oz Agave Nectar

Prep
  • Cut passion fruits in half, and scoop out the flesh from half of them. Retain the other halves for garnishes.
  • Combine Teremana Blanco, passion fruit flesh, orange liqueur, lime juice, and agave nectar to a pitcher filled with ice. Stir gently to combine the ingredients.
  • Pour into rocks glasses with a salted rim and garnish with passion fruit half.
