1 1/2 oz Teremana Blanco
1 oz Blood Orange Juice
1/4 oz Vanilla Liqueur
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Top w/ Champagne

Shake and strain into a coupe glass, top with champagne. Garnish with a blood orange peel.
