What summer grill food pairs best with Teremana? All of it! But today, we’re providing a simple, grilled avocado recipe with tips that can easily be shared with family and friends. And here’s a fun fact: avocados are one of the few foods The Rock enjoys in both healthy meals and cheat meals!
Fire up that grill! Cut avocados in half and remove pits. Lightly coat the cut side of the avocado with lime juice and olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
On low to medium heat (300º-350º), place the cut side of your avocados down on the grates for 2-3 minutes letting grill marks and light char set in.
Remove avocados from the grill and add more lime juice, extra virgin olive oil and flaky sea salt.
Dig in with a spoon and sip Teremana Blanco or Reposado on the rocks until the sun goes down.
